nausea and vomiting associated with pregnancy

postoperative dental pain

migraine or tension headache

osteoarthritic knee pain

neck pain

low back pain
Not all Cigna PPO benefit packages are the same,
so it's important to get your acupuncture benefits confirmed
before your initial treatment.
If you would like in inquire about getting your acupuncture benefits confirmed,

with your first/last name, DOB and Cigna PPO member ID and group #'s.
If you have a plan that is not Cigna PPO Jennifer will not be considered an in-network provider,
but if you have out of network acupuncture benefits you can be provided with
superbills upon request for you to reimburse on your end.
